Buenas noches, vengo a informar que el servidor américa 5 esta caído desde hace 5 horas, podrían arreglarlo o solucionar, Desde que la actualización endgame parte 2 América 5 vive en mantenimiento y se cae a cada 5 minutos. @Highway @Faye @Alewx

Los mantenimientos duran 2horas luego de ellos el servidor se cae continuamente.... Ya muchos jugadores enviaron ticket a soporte....

Thanks for letting us know that it hangs again. Its a issue with the hardware on the datacenter. Our service provider already replaced the hardware a few weeks back. Sadly the problem still persists. We hope that another replacement of a few hardware parts will be done this week to finally resolve the issue. Sorry for the trouble

Hi @Highway sure, we understand the issue and we appreciate the help of the developers but, what about the people that has Violent activated?

Once the issue is resolved fully, we think about something we can do to compensate for the outage on AM5 (and other game servers). Sadly the server is still not accesible where the AM5 and others are on. We are waiting for the datacenter to restore it so that we can restart the gameservers.

Yes it can still happen until the hardware part is replaced. Hopefully that will be done in this week. We will post a news in the forum when that maintenance will take place.

The data center is informed and hopefully they restart die server as soon as possible. Sadly thats all we can do as the servers are unreachably for us as well. Finding the cause if the issue is complicated as the hardware was already completly replaced.
