The shortcut for removing chat box, maps etc. (alt + home) while taking screenshot is not working for me. I'm using desktop game client, can any1 help me?

Hello ,

Please go here to check if your keyboard buttons work. Sometimes, the dust in the keyboard or laptop's keypad might interrupt the combination.
If your keyboard buttons and combination seems to be working fine in the test, please try to replug your keyboard to another port and restart the computer.

Hey there ,

Sorry to hear about it. You can try re-installing the game client and cleaning cache data using CCleaner. If it still doesn't works. You can also try dropping a ticket at the Support Desk.
