AFK system?

Well this is an MMO, and I have often thought why not implement a AFK system?
This could be adding a symbol on the top of PJ or through a message to sending a whisper to the player.

i agree that this mode would be good as im often AFK as i go do something and come back in 10 minutes and im dead plus my loot is gone. My own fault really

The only issue is people miss using the system when attacking stronger players, attack them then switch to AFK mode could be annoying, however time limits and such should be easy to add.

so yeah game developers please add it to game

Wouldn't work.

If it made you immune to attack it would be abused and if it just showed you as being AFK and relied on players doing the decent thing and leaving you alone it would be even worse...you would get jumped every time. At least now they have to wonder if they're gonna get caught attacking you.

yeah some type of AFK system should be helpful.... but after fixing the existing bugs.... today i lost my election achievements.... dont know whats happening here in bugstorm

That is why if they emloy the AFK system, then it sould not be able to be activated in combat obviously, but besides that it should be ok.
