Basically, the goal is to directly and exclusively affect players who heavily abuse the new drain system with buffs and use more than one account at the same time for draining.

How would this work? Players who remain motionless for 1 minute would receive a debuff that makes them much easier to kill in PvP. They would deal significantly less damage and take significantly more damage.

How to remove it? Simply start moving, and a countdown for the debuff to end would begin. Around 30 seconds would be ideal for the debuff to disappear completely.

Would this have any real impact on active players? No. During attacks and wars, we are constantly moving. Like in any PvP game, if you go AFK, you will certainly die. Additionally, 30 seconds is a very reasonable amount of time for an active player — it’s practically the time it takes to walk from one portal to another.

This would affect only and exclusively unfair draining by players who use two, three, or more accounts at the same time for AFK draining. Generally, they only move one account when the other dies. This would eliminate the effectiveness of that type of draining, since it would become much easier to kill the account with the debuff. Moreover, if they tried to control two accounts at the same time, they would certainly face complications trying to prevent one of the accounts from receiving the debuff.
