Add a fixed and random attirbute for skins in sales

So for all q10 skins sold in flash sales they should be sold as 2 variants 1 is a fixed attribute and 1 is random. For instance if a skin was sold with endu and also random more players would stay on longer and try to grt the endu version. But say I don't want endu but damage on the particular skin then i can keep buying till iget damage
