I am opening this thread to question how the range technology works within the game.
In the past few days, the event started, and it was necessary to kill some bandits to collect gifts and complete missions.
This wouldn’t be a problem if the bandits weren’t equipped with range technology.
I have a perfect example where I can prove that they have more range than their weapon allows. In the example of this video, I am equipped with the peacemaker, which has a range of 900, against a showstopper that has a range of 501.
I am equipped with the peacemaker and the bandit with the showstopper:
This advantage in the attribute should be more noticeable. However, after paralyzing the bandit with the extra attack 4 of the peacemaker, he still continues to hit me with normal shots, while my peacemaker no longer fires:

To me, this can only be explained as a bug in the attribute, or the bandits, besides having shock and cold technologies, are also equipped with range. If it is a bug, it deserves to be fixed, as it takes away the advantage of hunting with long-range weapons. If it doesn't help to paralyze or slow down the bandit, he will still be able to hit me.
