Before in 53 area near Otis claim where is smilo spawn area there were spawning only usual smilos, what didn't make problem for doing 53 lvl transporters quest, but after one of the updates, in that area are spawning smilo alphas, so issue appeared similar with Sara O'donnell's "tourist preservation" transporter quest, a lot of smilo alphas have to be killed in order to even begin the quest and still there may respawn smilo alphas, as there is same area near Watkins gate and after smilos are killed there, they may spawn near Otis.
