PayPal not available anymore

I've heard many rumors from server members that the PayPal option doesn't appear anymore. At least for Brazilians. I've not seen an announcement about this being changed so it might be removed/disabled by mistake?

As I know, Brazilian and Colombian shops aren't showing PayPal options anymore
