Would a stegosaurus look something like this in the game?

Not that I want a stegosaurus in the game, I want a carnivore, like a spinosaurus or a carcharodontosaurus, but this design that's been circulating in the community outside the forum is pretty cool.

Probably not, the stegosaurus has a very robust and flat quadrupedal anatomy, which would make DS-style locomotion look very strange. Why? Well, there you have the ankylosaurus jumping like a frog, and the stegosaurus would do the same, which would be very strange given its small head.

Another problem: where would the saddle be placed correctly?

Or I don't know, maybe it could work.
