Dear Rangers,
we have the promised plan for the compensation ready for the server issues for America 1, 2 & 4 game servers .
First:
The current Dino Ball event will be extended by 2 days
Second:
There will be a "bonus code" usable only on the affected servers (America 1, 2 & 4)
It will containing the following:
- A Survivor Shirt in a new colour, Level 55 Q 10, Vitality.
- 175 Gold Coins.
Third:
Runtime for 14- and 30-day Violent Damage Boosters will be extended by 2 days
If the players 14/30-Day booster is currently not active then as compensation the player received the following
- Gold (based on fractional 14/30-Day pricing)
- 5,000 Violant Boosters.
Extra for America1 Server:
Due to an insignificant loss of data, an additional "bonus code" will be created that is only usable on America 1. It will contain the following items:
- 14-day Violent Damage Booster
- 7-day gel cheaptravels
- 7-day gel wallet protection.
This compensation is expected rolled out tomorrow after the upcoming game update has been deployed.
NOTE: Compensation ONLY applies to the following servers: America 1, America 2 and America 4
