this is the second time I have written about this topic.smi's are not enough in otis on crowded servers, they are very few and their respawn times after death are long. this issue needs to be reviewed again. smi's should be increased and respawn times should be shortened. watkins should not be forgotten. also the current location of smi's is bad, they should be moved back to their old location and their number should be increased as in the old time. @orrire @Highway @Faye
