I was trying to recover my account that was hacked, I had all the information from it, except the last date of purchase of gold, since the person who hacked the account put gold to exchange the Nick of the account, so I sent a printout with the date and amount of the purchase of gold from when I still had access to the accountt, but the support did not accept it, because they wanted the Gold purchase date that the hacker did How can I achieve this? Great "support"...
