Anyway my idea is that you could purchase 'Fortify' upgrades for DDs which would make your gate have more HP.
1st Fortification - 50% More HP 25K Clan funds
2nd Fortification - 75% More HP 50K Clan funds
3rd Fortification - 150% More HP 75K Clan funds
4th Fortification - 200% More HP 100K Clan funds
I think it would balance the gates more without it being too overpowered. Also instead of fortifications being lost upon reclaiming (Either by the enemy or DV) it would lose only 1 stage of fortification.
