XP-Booster issue?

Hey!

I noticed that when I'm using 30% XP-Boosters it only calculates 15% because I have DinoStorm+.
For example one quest gives me 14400 XP and with XP-Boosters I get 14400+2160 instead of 14400+4320.
Is it wanted like this?

It calculates from basic number of exp without ds plus. Without ds plus you would get 7200 exp, so 30% from that is 2160.

The explanation of slejd2001 (thank you )is absolutely correct. It is calculated from the base value.
