% Values for implants/techs

Would it be possible if the values for the implants/techs that require chances to be activate, be presented in % values instead of numbers like +800, +200, etc.?

For example:



Instead of

 

[Pleiadian]

This is a much needed change.

Many attributes we do not understand because of the way they are presented.

For example Heat Implant, what is 1,890?

Changing it to percentage base would help player understand it better.
