Open Synchronization issue

Description:
This thing appeared after me and my friend had pvp and I killed him and when he died, he slide to the wall. It was test so he respawned with kit and after he respawned I still saw him in that position, but actually he wasn't there, he was there where I was hitting him, you can see it on video. It got normal after he moved.

Same still happens in current 978 ptr version. It happens sometimes when using battle cry, target goes to wall then it has to move in order to appear in it's real position, similar happened when I paralized my target with pachy, target was seeing that he doesn't move, but from my view he was walking away even though he shouldn't.

I think I know how to recreate this bug. I think it happens while having little bit bad internet connection. As somebody said before, it would be good that on F11 window there would be shown ping, in this way it would be better to test things either they depend on internet connection or game's code.
