It is there for regular monitoring of clan fame and contribution statistics. However, it's abused by right hands most of the time.

But there's already a section where it indicates,
1. How much fame that player received.
2. And how much DDS has been contributed to clan.

Would be best if a developer himself say how this was intended to be used.

That is to give fame to a player depending on the supply points in a building. Nobody uses it because it is not necessary since there is a way to give a member of the clan more fame.
