Moving Account

I started playing this game through the Syfy.com portal and, to be honest, it's less than reliable. Right now, it crashes and I can't play the game at all. The real site is up but I can't log in there because I have nothing attached to my character there. I can log into Bigpoint.com, the portal site that operates off Syfy, but that login doesn't work on www.dinostorm.com. Is there any way to easily get an account on dinostorm that will allow me to continue playing my established character or am I trapped forever with a game that doesn't work half the time?

That's dumb. I understand it, it's still stupid. I guess I just don't play when Syfy is screwed up then.
