inventory bug and disappearing skins

My friend had 51/46 inventory space she changed 3 skins and inventory space reverted to 46/46 and lost 3 skins and other items. please help! best regards.

I guess she made cakes even when she had already full inventory, those cakes made her have used more places than she really had. I think system didn't detect free places in inventory so those skins probably went nowhere. She should write ticket in support about it, here devs may see this post after few days and still they would say to write a ticket to support.

I had this issue years ago and they told me they don't see a reason to give them back to me. go figure
